- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 4 cups pumpkin seeds
Instructions
- Preheat oven at 325 degrees.
- Combine raw pumpkin seeds, olive oil, lemon juice, sea salt, ground cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, ground cloves, fresh thyme, and fresh rosemary.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes (stirring halfway through).
- Stir in dried cranberries.
- Bake for 5 minutes. Allow to cool. Serve before meals or as an on-the-go snack.
