- 2 Cups Peanut Butter
- 1/4 Cup Coconut Oil
- 1/4 Cup Maple Syrup
- 1/2 Chopped Peanuts
- Sea Salt
Instructions
- Place Peanut Butter, Coconut Oil, and Maple Syrup in a saucepan.
- Heat over medium heat until melted.
- Whisk mixture until smooth.
- Pour peanut butter mixture into a cupcake pan that has been lined with baking cups. Only fill about two tablespoons per cup to keep these “thin” or “skinny”
- Sprinkle chopped peanuts and sea salt on top of peanut butter (optional)
- Chill 2 hours or until firm.
- Remove from the fridge and enjoy!
- Store in a container in the fridge or in the freezer.
