Ingredients

- 2 pounds 80/20 ground beef, if using lean, you will need to add one or two tablespoons of oil to your meat mixture
- 3/4 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
- 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 Tablespoons cooking oil
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl until thoroughly combined.
- Shape into six burgers that are approximately 1/4 inch thick.
- In large skillet, heat two tablespoons of cooking oil on medium high heat and then add the burgers, 2-3 at a time, depending on the size of your skillet.
- Cook on medium-high heat for 3-5 minutes, then flip to opposite side and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes. Enjoy!
