Easy Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Muffins

Ingredients

  • 1 box carrot cake mix, 18.25 oz
  • 1 egg
  • 15 oz. pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 2 Tablespoons margarine

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Farheinheit.
  2. In large mixing bowl, beat together teh cake mix, egg, pumpkin and margarine. Beat for three minutes.
  3. Fold in chocolate chips.
  4. Spoon muffin batter into parchment lined of lightly greased muffin cups. Batter will be thick.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes nad remove from oven.
  6. Once slightly cooled, gently remove muffins from pan using a butter knife to keep edges from sticking.
  7. Enjoy!
