- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup cold milk
- 1 cup strong coffee, cooled
- 1 3.4 oz instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 8 oz. whipped topping, divided
- cinnamon, for garnish
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Slowly beat in milk, then coffee until well blended.
- Add pudding mix and whisk for 2 minutes.
- Let stand for 5 minutes then fold in ½ of the whipped topping.
- Divide mousse into 6 dessert dishes.
- Garnish with remaining cool whip and cinnamon.
