Easy Banana Berry Spinach Smoothie

A cool treat that’s packed full of protein, veggies and fruit! Kids love the flavor and moms love the healthy boost in this easy banana berry spinach smoothie!

Ingredients

  • 1 large, ripe banana, peeled
  • 1/2 cup frozen berries
  • 1 cup fresh baby spinach
  • 2 1/2 cups cold milk
  • 3/4 cup ice

Instructions

  1. Place ice in blender.
  2. Add the banana and berries.
  3. Toss the spinach on top.
  4. Gently pour the milk over all the fruit and veggies.
  5. Blend on high until smooth.
  6. Serve immediately.
