Ingredients

- 1/4 cups light brown sugar
- 2 1/2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
- dash of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1/2 tablespoons milk
- 5 tablespoons all purpose flour, heat treated
- 1/2 cups mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Spread flour on cookie sheet and bake flour 5-10 minutes to “heat treat” it.
- Cream together brown sugar and butter until smooth.
- Mix in salt, flour, milk and vanilla.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Refrigerate one hour before serving so it’s scoop friendly!
